Frequently Asked Questions
  • Who are you? What is your style? Why should I hire you?
  • I am a French photojournalist and filmmaker with over 20 years of experience. My style is defined by my insatiable inner drive to capture unique and genuine moments. Because of my background, I draw my inspiration from movies, documentaries, music videos and fashion. I combine them into a unique vision that goes beyond photography. My work speaks for itself. My main goal is to satisfy clients who put photography at the forefront of their priority list for importance and budget.
  • Do you require a consultation to book?
  • It is critical to have a better vision and understanding of the processes required to efficiently capture your event. I strongly recommend scheduling a consultation. I like to meet those who consider me to capture their special day.
  • How many photographs do you take?
  • It is impossible to predict what will happen on the day of your event. Too many factors come in consideration when you shoot on a wedding day (length, parties, number of guests and location). Therefore I cannot limit the number of exposures I’ll take. To give an idea it may be between 250-750 pictures.
  • Black and white or color, which one is best?
  • I have a preference for black and white but I’ll provide a mix of color and black & white images. I choose which one will be best in color or in black & white. I may exceptionally provide all the images exclusively in color or in black & white.
  • How much do your packages cost?
  • My only package is priced at $1500 and includes 5 hours of photography, and one hour engagement session. This package is customizable so you can add other services like a photo book, a canvas or large framed print for additional cost.
  • What areas do you cover? Will you travel to my wedding?
  • I travel internationally to accommodate my clients. Within 15 miles of the city of Atlanta, travel fees are included in the package price. Any other destinations beyond the Atlanta metro area is added to the package fee.
  • Do you sub-contract?
  • No, unless I’m very sick and unable to operate the camera. I’m always honored to personally photograph all the weddings. Occasionally I seek the help of an assistant. It all depends on the level of coverage based on the length of your wedding, events planned and number of guests.
  • What happens if for serious reason you are unable to capture our wedding?
  • I always make sure to fulfill all my contractual obligations. But in case of my inability to perform you have to choose between these two cases:
  • - Have your retainer refunded and select a new photographer on your own.
  • - I provide you with a list of hand-selected highly qualified and trusted photographers with similar style to photograph your wedding.
  • Will I get the negatives?
  • The high resolution digital negatives are provided on DVD free of charge.
  • How long you keep our online web gallery?
  • Your online gallery is available for 60 days. You can extend your gallery per increment of 30 days at a time for $30.
  • How soon will we see our proofs?
  • We strive to provide exceptional service to our clients therefore our specialized artistic post-processing takes several days. The proofs will be available two weeks after the event.
  • Do you do retouch pictures?
  • Yes, just to minimize flaws (too dark, blurred, flare, resizing, blemishes etc). It’s a light work on each picture. You can request a more thorough retouching. I’ll be glad to provide you with my services at a rate of $75 per hour.
  • What kind of album do you offer?
  • I offer photo books or coffee table books. No album.
  • What is the procedure to book the date with you?
  • To reserve your date you’ll need to sign a wedding contract and pay a retainer representing a third of the cost of your total package price (plus all applicable taxes) and it is payable by cash, check, money order, or by credit card payment online.
  • Do you offer videotaping?
  • Yes. Our video service start at $2500. Because I'm also an experience filmmaker, I often "strongly" recommend to my client to videotape with a minimum of two cameras.
  • What is the turnaround time to get the video?
  • It depends on the number of cameras that were use when capturing the event. It also depends on what you want raw or edited footage. For raw footage, you can have it as soon as the next day. For a full day 4 cameras video coverage delivered in a stunning DVD with custom menu, it can takes up to 2 months.
  • What format do you use?
  • We shoot exclusively in full HD 1920x1080p
